This is Ms. Sylvia’s second year working for Hand in Hand Academy.  Her daughter Shia was a student at Hand in Hand for three years and is now at Wesley Chapel Elementary.  In addition to Shia, Sylvia has two older daughters in High School. 

Ms. Sylvia enjoys working with children and has always admired and appreciated the talents and creativity of teachers.  She has been a teacher’s assistant for over seven years.  She worked in Early Childhood Education at the Kadena Air Force Base Daycare Facility in Okinawa, Japan for two years,  She’s worked as a teacher and assistant director for Maria’s Montessori School in Clovis, New Mexico for three years.  She also worked for two years with the Bay School District of Panama City Florida. 

Sylvia loves working with the WONDERFUL staff here at Hand in Hand Academy and helping your child’s progress, growth and success in their early years of education.  Please do not hesitate in voicing your comments and suggestions - she welcomes them all.
